You have the right to return any item within 14 days from the day of delivery. We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. We will also refund the original delivery costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we ask for the original proof of purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order, however we will not refund of costs of sending the item back to us, but we will refund the original delivery costs. If your returns is not the result of an Just Italian Food error, and you were already been refunded from us for any costs, we’ll deduct any associated cost of the return from your refund. Please note that any fresh foods aren’t eligible for cancellation/return.
You are in change to make the packaging and the dispatching of the returns. However, we can provide a service return from within the UK, costs start from £5.95. Please note that returns that contain multiple items, or large items, may cost more. We offer various returns methods which will differ depending on the item(s) you’re returning. We will be back to you for approval before go ahead with any service return.
We’ll always display the most accurate return costs and methods available for your item(s). Please contact Just Italian food for more details. We won’t accept the return of any item returned to us if it’s been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification by email that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are eligible for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment you used, within 7 working days.
