How to make it? Simply follow the instructions below:
Bring to the boil plenty of salty water
In the meanwhile chop finely onions and stir fry for about 4 minutes in a pan large enough to then add the pasta
Reduce to small pieces the peeled tomatoes then add the onions, add some of the black olives, the Sicilian salt and then cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes
Cook the Reginette pasta, once ready and “al dente” add the tuna fillets to the sauce and then the pasta with a bit of pepper on top and the rest of olives
Stir well and enjoy!
